Wintershall Libyen Oil & Gas GmbH :Drilling-related Services Announcement (Registration & Invitation for Pre-qualification) Drilling-related Services In connection with its drilling activities planned for early 2010 in EPSA-4 Area 201 (Kufra), Wintershall Libyen Oil & Gas GmbH, intends to tender for a number of services:
Civil works Field camp, catering and transportation Fuel supply Industrial and potable water supply Waste management Environmental survey and consultancy Field medical services Air ambulance services Air transport – freight Air transport – personnel Ground transport – freight Ground transport - personnel Openhole wireline logging & cement evaluation
Wintershall Libyen Oil & Gas GmbH (WILOG) invites all local and international companies which are specialized in one or more of these Services, to send to WILOG their complete pre-qualification documents, for registration and evaluation, to be selected for invitation to participate in the bid of the intended projects, including at least the following:
1- Letter on Company's letterhead addressed to "Wintershall Purchasing Department" stating expression of interest on the respective tender(s). 2- Copy of Company Profile, with submission of relevant experience works inside and outside Jamahiriya during the last five last years. 3- Submission of experience record and CVs of key personnel specialized in comparable works. 4- QHSE management system and other certifications, permits and statistics 6- Submission of financial status documents of the company turnover for the last 5 years and the Organization Chart. 7- All necessary documents and licenses attesting registration according to the applicable laws and procedures in Jamahiriya, or details of Branch Office, representative or agent in Libya. 8- Documentary evidence from the Fiscal Authority that the Company has complied with the Tax Regulations. 9- Full addresses of the company main office and its branches inside and outside Jamahiriya; WILOG reserves the right to check-visit if it found necessary. 10- WILOG has the right to request any supportive documents to the submitted data. 11- Last date for submission of offers is at 12:00 o’clock, Thursday 5/11/2009. 12- Files should be sent with a covering letter on Company Letterhead, marked: "Request for Pre-qualification for Kufra 201 - (Service Title)", to the following address:
